We build in your accounts where possible, and hand everything over at the end.

Access control

Least-privilege access, individual logins, and our access is removed at handover.

Encryption in transit

All traffic is served over HTTPS/TLS.

Hosting region options

On request, we can host in US, EU or Asia Pacific regions via our infrastructure providers. Other regions are discussed case by case.

NDA and data processing

A mutual NDA is available before you share anything. A data processing addendum is available on request.

Automations and bots

Automations and bots are task-specific, with a clear handoff to a human.

Sensitive data

We avoid collecting sensitive data, such as health information or ID documents, over chat.

Our providers

Our database provider, Supabase, states it is SOC 2 Type 2 compliant and ISO 27001 certified (supabase.com/security). These are their certifications, not ours.
